The Radical Travel Guide to Beijing, China: Finding strictly vegetarian food

There's a strictly vegetarian restaurant in Beijing. Details:

Jingxin Lian (Pure Lotus)
Food: Vegetarian
Open: Daily 11AM - 10PM
Address: Nongzhan Nanli 10 -- Just off East Third Ring Road, behind the Dance Agogo building, marked by a purple neon sign with an arrow, Chaoyang District.
Tel: (10) 6592-3627
Prices: Meal for 2 is approximately RMB 100 - 120 (US $12 - $15)

Comments: Pure Lotus is a Buddhist vegetarian restaurant. It serves wonderful fake meat, tofu and vegetable dishes. Strictly vegetarian restaurants are difficult to come by in Beijing. This is definitely one to consider.
